The most common reason an order goes wrong is not the product. It is the connection. A cream charger or N2O tank only works with equipment the manufacturer lists as compatible, and a product name on its own tells you nothing about whether a thread or a regulator will meet it.
Before ordering, note three things from the equipment already on your bench. The manufacturer of the regulator or culinary siphon. Its model, exactly as printed rather than as remembered. And the size of the unit it currently takes.
Send those three with your enquiry and the fit gets checked against the current manufacturer instructions before anything is arranged. That check costs nothing and takes one message.
Two things worth knowing. Moving from a cream charger to a 5 kg or 10 kg tank usually means a different regulator, not just a bigger unit. And equipment that has been altered, repaired outside the manufacturer's guidance or visibly damaged should not be used at all, whatever fits it.
Nitrous oxide is supplied here for lawful culinary and food-service preparation, used with compatible equipment and within the applicable regulations. If any part of a setup is unclear, ask before ordering rather than working it out afterwards.
