Plenty of the kitchens we supply are run by people who do not speak Turkish. Everything here is in English for that reason, and so is the conversation that follows an enquiry.
Ordering does not require a Turkish company or a Turkish phone number. Send the product, the listed size, the quantity, the full address including the district, and the hour you want it. WhatsApp is the quickest channel and it works from any country's number.
Addresses are worth a moment. A district name and a street is usually enough in the four cities we cover, but a building name, floor or a nearby landmark saves a phone call, particularly in older parts of Istanbul.
Invoicing is where foreign operators most often have questions. An official invoice is issued for a completed business sale. If the business is registered in Turkey, the legal name and tax number go on it, and both are confirmed with you before it is raised rather than guessed from an address. If you are unsure what your accountant needs, ask before the order rather than after.
Payment is settled directly, not on the website. There is no online checkout here at all: the site raises an enquiry, stock is confirmed, and the rest happens in conversation.
